Iam writing my review to let other people know and let u know that this casino is absolute horrible and they do absolutely everything to make u lose and never even give u a chance to win in any game unless u know someone in management or people who work here. I witnessed 4 times each week they been doing a £50 giveaway and the same chinese person won 3 times in a row and even a big giveaway which is tickets to Vegas!
Miserable place. I challenge you to find the staff smiling and the floor manager is even worse. The culture must be really bad. Any attempt at having a joke with the staff is cut down straight away and treated as if customers are being rude.
I had never visited and told the seating girl that. She never told us to go to the counter to place our orders when she gave us our menus, it was a other customer who told us after we sat like lemons go 30 minutes.
I had a fantastic .meal here incl bottle of wine Birmingham casino as part of an offer they have ...excellent steak and the price was just right for the quality and experience..I do not use the casino entertainments but enjoyed a meal for two
Stayed here for a business event in the ICC. Location was perfect. Staff were really helpful. Check in and out was fast and efficient. The lobby area is very pretty.
Stayed here, back in November and really loved the stay. The staff were super friendly and surprisingly was 1 minute away from the main new street, which was a bonus! The free coffee and hot chocolate was a massive bonus! and the kitchen within the apartment hotel were very good!
I advise finding parking elsewhere too as we are currently sat in the car waiting for other drivers to come back so we can get out. Only positive really was the cleanliness of the room, pretty standard and would not rate this hotel a four star at all. Don’t waste your money especially if you are wanting to use the facilities.
Movie had started so found seats in the dark and watched. Within an hour the movie was over!! We checked our tickets and had been put onto the 17.30 showing. Management were very accommodating and refunded our tickets and the part of the film we saw was very good. Looking forward to watching in full sometime ????
This was the venue for my organisation's annual conference. It was easy to get to from the city centre. It's a nice looking building and spacious. The toilets were clean and l had a lovely time in this place.
Drinks were great, and the breakfast in the morning was absolutely first class! Looking forward to staying again in a few weeks for the T20 Finals Day!
Nice hotel with a really good and central location. Incredibly nice staff, and the hotel itself was nice and clean. A good room with a small kitchen with cutlery, dishwasher etc.
Price to stay is expensive, but it is a quality hotel. Parking is non-existent unfortunately but there are public car parks close by.
